Patricia (ProtoPie Team): Well well well! I absolutely love this! Is there a timeline on this being included?
Patricia (ProtoPie Team)
Ric Aruffo: Not an official timeframe yet, but the feature should be released by the end of this year!

Patricia (ProtoPie Team): So incredibly crucial!!! Yaaaaaaay! Can’t be soon enough!

Patricia (ProtoPie Team): In one of your recent webinars, I was told that this feature should be available by the end of the year. Is that still the case? I would love to introduce ProtoPie as a standard for click dummies and prototypes in one of our next big projects. But as long as this feature is not implemented, sadly it wouldn't work for us.
Patricia (ProtoPie Team)
Lars Hammerschmidt: The release had to be postponed to early 2023!

honestly I'm baffled that this is the case. Am I supposed to ask everyone who looks at my prototype to install the font??

This is the most important issue for us. Can't do remote testing when fonts are missing, the layout is all broken.

Merged in a post:
Link web fonts with alias names
Alexander Vinogradov
Implement linking licensed fonts via direct link. That way Protopie will avoid hosing pirated fonts and also will allow to see hi-fidelity prototypes on mobile devices without a hassle. Axure does that perfectly:
- Create new linked font.
- Input link and give it any custom name.
- It will appear at the top of the font selector dropdown.

Need licensing issues address for this

The layout of my design sometimes gets broken, because of missing fonts in User Tests. This is unfortunate for a remote testing environment.
