I would love to be able to hide the cursor even when not recording.
We're performing usability test on an external touch screen that's plugged in to a macbook. So the cursor (white circle) is left visible on the position of the last touch.

This is the sort of request I didn't know I wanted until I needed it, which was today. I was surprised that this functionality wasn't already in the desktop studio. Sometimes you just don't want a cursor.
Anyway, this crazy workaround on the Facebook page worked for me. I want to thank the author, EZ Obtera:
If you have a Mac, and your protopie is for mobile:
- Plug your iPhone to your Mac
- Run the Protopie on your iPhone
- Launch Quicktime Player on your Mac
- Select File > New Movie Recording
- The Mac’s Camera will launch. Click the little dropdown next to the Capture button
- Select iPhone from the list
- You will see your iPhone’s screen. Now hit Record on your Mac
- Interact with your Protopie as it’s being recorded on your Mac. No cursor will appear.

Has there been any development on this? It would be great!

This would be useful to hide at any time, not only at time for recording. Optionally hide while interacting with the prototype.

Critical to have it as an option. Not good for recordings with camera.
It is vital that touch or cursor visualization does not show when touch happens on a touch screen.
At least when using PP Studio Preview to run the prototype on a touch screen using macOS.

It is recommended to add a function that can hide the mouse to the screen recording function

It should at least hide the cursor when moving, only appear with trigger like tap, scroll, or drag. It would help a lot in the use case recording a mobile prototype on computer, feel much more like a real app in action.

The cursor can be a distraction at times, it would be nice to have the ability to not show it in the final recording.
