Video should show first frame

Positioning of videos is pretty hard right now. If you import a video you just see a plain gray rectangle. You have to go to preview everytime to check if the video (or what's inside the video) was placed correctly. Solution: The video should show the first frame in the scene / edit mode.

To add to this, the ability to have a scrubbable play head and timeline would be great, I often have lots of animation states baked into a single Lottie. This could also be added to the play response as an alternative to typing in a time code value as well.

Would be great it you could choose the poster frame, similar to how you can do it in Keynote. Quite often the first frame is just black, so it would be great to be able to scrub to whatever representative frame you'd like.

a simple preview of a user selected keyframe would be awesome
