there are mouse cursor standards for both Mac & Windows. are we able to select from the system resource cursors? or import a custom cursor? maybe an SVG.

Is there a way to turn the cursor and touchpoint off? I need to be able to turn it off in order for my company to use this product.

Yes please. Being able to have a mouse pointer visible, or even turning it off in preview would be a game changer for me in how I use the program.

Yes, I'm doing user testing of a desktop app and would be great to show the arrow.
