play control option - plugged into power

Makes sense for smartphone and tablet devices.
I think we will soon get a workaround for that. I have somewhere read that the ProtoPie team is working on the IFTTT plugin in ProtoPie Connect to send responses from IFTTT to ProtoPie Studio. At the moment it's only possible to send triggers from ProtoPie as a webhook to IFTTT and then make responses with other apps. If we can do it the other way around, can will have the possibility to use "Android Battery" as a trigger and send a webhook to ProtoPie.

Wow Griff what an amazing idea this is. Usually my work around for something like this is a guided access lock on Apple devices with a shake device play control gesture but on android with no option like this whilst screen pinning this would be an awesome workaround. Could also be a really cool trigger within protopie itself!

I love this idea. We often have trouble with actors accidentally quitting our prototypes into the Protopie Player control screen. I would also settle for a keystroke (we usually have a bluetooth kb attached). I realize it's tricky - if a kb were disconnected, or power disconnected, and no touch gesture was defined you could get locked out of the control screen, but I think that's handleable.
