Return offline use of Studio

When the new pricing plans came out, it completely broke the functionality of working offline even in the paid Individual AND the new Pro Plan. I
kind of
understand locking the free version to online-only, but I'm paying more for the Pro plan than for the entire Adobe Suite. I NEED to be able to do work on planes and in places that do not have available or stable internet connections. This is not a feature request. This is a basic program function that NEEDS to be returned to at least
paying usersFredo Tan

Nathaniel Bell: With the Pro plan, you can save in the Cloud as well as locally. Therefore, you can open local Pie files as well as Pie files stored in the cloud.
So, yes, you can already work offline.

Fredo Tan: Fredo, I HAVE the Pro Plan. Studio does not allow me to open the program unless I have internet connection. That is not offline use. Please do not close this

Nathaniel Bell:
ProtoPie always has to authenticate when being opened. This simply requires internet connection. We won't be able to change this.
There's a workaround to this:
- Make sure ProtoPie is open and running (with or without a Pie, it doesn't matter), and don't close ProtoPie.
- Then you can prototype offline and save/open locally.
Caveats:
- Every time you open ProtoPie (after it being closed), it needs to authenticate. If there's no internet connection, you get logged out.
- Interaction libraries cannot load without internet connection. You can't use these when being offline.

Fredo Tan: Thank you for these workarounds, Fredo! Unfortunately, I’ve tried them many times. The program freezes up, doesn’t allow local saving, or the preview goes all to white quite often, which necessitates restarting the program quite often. Please look at other all other subscription models that allow for fully offline use for a period of time (several days, a week, even a day). This is a major problem. This is NOT offline use when an internet interruption does not even allow opening a file even when I’ve paid for an entire year subscription up front. Local log-in to authenticate subscription is so common I don’t understand why this appears out of reach. This is not a cheap subscription, and being locked out of doing critical work is beyond aggravating. Please do not mark this request closed

Fredo, that is part of the request here: Being able to save locally was available to free accounts before. It is not anymore.
I've had people lost their progress because they were in a free account and did not know they could not save locally.
